There is no limit on how early a request can be sent to book a date, however, the child must be a student at Yeshiva Har Torah to remain on the calendar. A few additional notes to keep in mind:
Schedule is based on first-come, first-served.
Either the whole grade should be invited to the party or all the boys/girls in the grade to ensure that no one is left out.
Parties on the same day are not considered a conflict, as long as they do not overlap in time. As our school expands, it is realistically not possible to book a whole day for your simcha.
Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs overlapping are not considered a conflict.
Two Bar Mitzvahs from boys in different grades or two Bat Mitzvahs from girls in different grades are not considered a conflict.
For two parties that are on the same day, especially if the times are close together, providing transportation has been proven to be one creative solution to ensure students can attend both parties.
