The Website enables anonymous visitors to the Website ("Visitors") to browse the Website.  Visitors who register with the Website ("Registrants") can make donations through the Website and enjoy other Website functionality. The terms "you", "your", and "yours" when used herein refer to either Registrants or Visitors or to both Registrants and Visitors collectively, as applicable, provided that such terms will refer collectively to both Registrants and Visitors unless the context of this Privacy Policy indicates otherwise. 


We provide this Privacy Statement to help you understand what we may do with any PII that we obtain from you.  By using the Website, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, including collection and use of your PII and other information by us as described herein. We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or terminate the use of the website by any individual person or party with or without notice at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. If material changes are made to this privacy statement, we will update the revision number and date at the top of this page.


Do the terms of the Privacy Policy apply to the school mobile application(s)?

Yes.  We also may provide one or more mobile applications ("Apps") for use by you and others.  The terms of this Privacy Policy apply equally to use of the Apps.  By using the Apps, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, including collection and use of your PII and other information by us as described herein. 


How can the terms of the Privacy Policy be modified?

We reserve the right to change, modify, alter or otherwise update how we handle the information we collect and process through the Website, and to modify this Privacy Policy, at any time. You agree to review this Privacy Policy periodically to be aware of any such modifications. We will indicate that changes to the Privacy Policy have been made by updating the date indicated after "Last Updated" at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the initial version or any modified version of this Privacy Policy then you are not authorized to use the Website. Registrants need to provide us with certain PII in order to use certain parts of the website.  For example, PII may be collected when you make donations through the Website, including without limitation a Registrant's name and email address, credit card information, and other payment information. PII may also be collected if you choose to apply online using forms on the Website.  Registrants may also need to provide us with certain PII in order to use other Website functionality and none of the examples provided above are limiting. Furthermore, we may also ask you for general statistical, non-PII about you and your interests.


Operator may provide your PII to individuals or entities who work on our behalf or with us. These individuals or entities may use your PII to help fulfill your requests and to help us communicate with you about different services or resources offered through the Website.  For example, we may transfer certain of your PII or other information to service providers and other third parties who assist us in operating the Website.
